This project has been a long time coming, and we are so glad and happy to begin.
For years now, your dad and I have watched and documented life with you all, doing our best to remember the small joys, quiet struggles and tiny details of our family life. As we enter a season of incredible change, there is much we choose not to share in its entirety with you all just yet. We love and value your childhoods, and want this to be a time of curiosity and creativity over fear or doubt. This space is where we will share with open honesty what life is like as parents, spouses and individuals. It will be here when you are ready for it.
I will be documenting my journey through breast cancer here, as well as sharing memories from our time together, and memories past. You will not just read our stories, but those we were born into. I firmly believe that our families have been our greatest blessing, offering legacies of love, hope, faith and integrity that I cherish and am honored to share with you. I love you all deeply, and can’t wait for the day you read through all this and sit with me at the table to learn more.
